LUNCH AND DINNER

 

1) SWEET SOUR FISH

Ingredients:

  • Red ship fish
  • Sweet sour sauce

Steps:

  1. Fry the fish and constantly stirring and separating fish slices in hot oil 
  2. Deep fry until fish turn golden brown and begin to crisp at the edges.
  3. Once done toss the fish with the home made sweet sour sauce until it fully coat with sauce
  4. Ready to eat.

 

2) VEGETABLE WONTON SOUP

Ingredients:

  • Home made wonton
  • Vegetables

Steps:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil
  2. Place wonton in water and cook for 4 minutes or until they float
  3. Mix together with broth
  4. Broth can be prepare by mix 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce, 2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil, ginger 1cm, garlic 2.
  5. Place in saucepan over high heat
  6. Then slowly bring to medium-high heat , simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Let the flavors to infuse

 

3) RED SAUCE SPAGHETTI

Ingredients:

  • Gluten free spaghetti
  • Sweet sour sauce

Steps:

  1.  Cook spaghetti in a salted boiling water as per package direction. Drain and set  a     side.
  2.  Add the home made sweet sour sauce and toss well.
  3. Ready to eat.

 

 

4) DIM SUM PORK DUMPLINGS

Ingredients:

  • Home made dumplings
  • Vegetables

Steps:

  1. Place the homemade dumpling in the steamer and make sure they don't touch as they will stick together
  2. Cover the steamer and return to medium-high heat.
  3. Stem until pork is cooked( 5-7 minutes)
  4. Serve with brown rice and some vegetables.

 

 

5) LIME GRILL FISH

Ingredients:

  • Red Ship fish
  • Salt/ Pepper
  • Butter
  • Lime juice
  • Honey
  • Garlic

Steps:

  1. Mix the fish with salt and pepper​​​​​​

  2. Cook for 8 minutes then flip and cook on other side until the fish is cooked through, for 6 minutes more. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add butter, lime juice, honey and garlic.Stir until butter is melted and all ingredients are combined.

  4. Turn off heat and add cumin or curry powder

  5. Pour sauce over fish and serve.

 

 

6) BLACK PEPPER CHICKEN CHOP

Ingredients:

  • Aqina chicken
  • Black pepper sauce
  • Vegetables

Black pepper sauce ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoon cornstarch mix with 2 tablespoon of water
  • Garlic
  • Onion

Steps:

  1. Marinade chicken with seasoning ingredients inside a small bowl ( soya sauce, ketchup, sesame oil, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce) for 2 to 3 hour or overnight
  2. Brush olive oil on pan
  3. Grill the chicken for couple of minutes, on both sides
  4. When chicken is cooked, remove and serve in individual serving plate
  5. Stir well the remaining seasoning ingredients and sauce ingredients to small bowl.
  6. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium-low heat, then add 2 teaspoon of olive oil.
  7. Add together with a bit of onion and garlic
  8. Add the black pepper sauce , turn off heat.
  9. Let the sauce become thicker.
  10. Pour the sauce over the chicken. 
  11. Ready to eat.
