1) Clay pot rice 陶土锅米饭

Materials:

  • Rice (any preferance)
  • Black sesame powder
  • Seaweed seasoning
  • Perilla oil

Steps:

  1. Wash the white rice and pour into pot  洗干净白米后倒入锅内。
  2. The ratio of rice to water is 1:1 (white rice), 1;2 (brown rice) 米和水的比率为 1:1(白米),1:2(糙米)
  3. Cover and cook until boiling 盖上锅盖煮至滚收水
  4. Turn off the flame and set asaide for 15 minutes 熄火放置一旁15分钟,间中不要开盖
  5.  Spread seaweed and sesame powder after the rice cool, also topped with perilla oil  芝麻粉,再淋上紫苏油

 

2) Baby organic multi grains

Materials:

  • Rice (any preferance)
  • Mommy J whitebait meal

Steps:

  1. Wash the rice and drain, then put the rice in pot 清洗米再沥干,然后将米放入内锅中。                                                              
  2. The ration of water to rice 1 :10 (porridge), 1:1 (rice) 水和米的比率为1:10(粥)| 1:1(饭)                                                      
  3. Cook in a clay pot untill well cooked about 30 minutes  在陶土锅里煮至熟透,约30分钟。                                              
  4. Add the approprite amount of Mommy J whitebait meal and mix well 加入适量的Mommy J 银鱼粉搅拌均匀即可。                         

 

3) Vegan Mayo 素 无蛋 美乃滋

Materials:

  • Premium Raw honey ( 1 teapoon)
  • Soja calcium soy milk (150g)
  • Cuisson Friture ( 1 teaspoon)
  • Lemon juice (25 g)
  • Sunflower oil (250 g)

 

Steps:

  1. Add soy milk, lemon juice, sea salt and honet to a blender and beat well 把豆奶,柠檬汁,海盐,蜜糖加入调理机(blender) 打均匀。                   
  2. Slowly add sunflower oil 再慢慢的加入葵花油。
  3. Beat about 45 seconds until become liquid form 打大约45秒至乳化。

 

4)  Sesame salad dressing 无蛋  芝麻沙拉酱

Materials:

  • Mirin ( 1 teaspoon)
  • Soja milk (1 teaspoon)
  • Lemon juice ( 1/2  teaspoon )
  • Tahini sauce ( 1 to 2 tablespoon- more thicker)
  • Soya sauce ( 1 teaspoon )

 

 Steps:

  1.  Stir all the ingredients evenly 把所有材料搅拌均匀即可。
  2.  Can be use with noodles, tofu and meat 可搭配豆腐,拌面,沾刷刷肉
