We only accept return and exchanges due to the following reasons:
1. If you received goods that are incorrect.
2.If you received damaged goods.
How am I able to request for a Return / Refund / Replacement ?
- Notify us that an exchange is needed within 7 days from the date of receiving your goods by emailing us with your FULL NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ADDRESS and your CONTACT NUMBER together with the REASON OF THE RETURN or contact us directly.
- You must receive a confirmation from us BEFORE returning the goods.
- We reserve the rights to reject a request if we conclude that the goods sent is in a good condition.
- All goods must be returned in an unopened as well as in its original sellable condition with its original packaging with tags attached.
- An one to one exchange will be processed upon the receipt of your package.
- Goods purchased through a third party will not be eligible for an exchange.
- In the event that the goods you originally purchased is been sold out, we will give you alternative items for an exchange.
- We are only able to waive the shipping charges if the return is due to our oversight.
Refunds will be provided if any product ordered is out of stock. A notification of refund will be send via email or phone.
