1) Cola Barbecue Ribs Recipe

 

Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 pounds pork sparerib, cut into serving-size pieces
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 cup cola
  • 1-1/2 cup barbecue sauce

 

Directions

  1. Mix brown sugar, garlic, salt, pepper in a small bowl and rub it over on the ribs.
  2. Put the ribs and onion in a slow cooker and pour cola onto it.
  3. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until the ribs are tender and the gravy becomes thicker.
  4. Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs and cook for one hour.
  5. Good ingredients are worth the wait so enjoy your food now!

 

可乐烧烤排骨食谱

材料 :

  • 1/4 杯黄糖
  • 2瓣蒜末
  • 1茶匙盐
  • 1/2茶匙胡椒
  • 4磅猪肉排骨,切
  • 1个中等大小的洋葱
  • 1/2杯可乐
  • 1-1/2 杯烧烤酱

 

做法:

  1. 将黄糖,大蒜,盐,胡椒粉放入1个小碗中,均匀的涂抹在排骨.
  2. 将排骨和洋葱放入慢炖锅 (slow cooker) 缓慢炖煮,然后将可乐倒在上面。
  3. 盖上锅盖并煮低 8至10个小时,或直到排骨变软及收汁为止。
  4. 将烧烤酱汁倒在排骨上再煮1小时
  5. 好食材就是值得等待的,可以开动啦!

 2) Mushroom Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops(Eye Lion)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch garlic
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 poundfresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 bottle of thousand island / sesame sauce

 

Directions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chops until it becomes brownish over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the onion and mushrooms and saute for one minute.
  4. Pour the mushroom soup cream over the chops.
  5. Cover skillet, and reduce the temperature to medium-low.
  6. Simmer it for another 10 minutes or until fully cooked.

 

蘑菇猪排食谱

材料:

  • 4份猪扒(肉眼)
  • 少许盐和胡椒粉调味
  • 1小拌蒜
  • 1粒大葱切碎
  • 1/2磅新鲜蘑菇,切成薄片
  • 1/2罐千岛酱 / 芝麻酱

 

做法:

  1. 猪排加入盐,胡椒粉和大蒜。
  2. 在一个大煎锅中,用中高温将猪扒煎成褐色。
  3. 加入洋葱和蘑菇并炒1分钟。
  4. 千岛酱 / 芝麻酱倒入猪扒。
  5. 之后盖上,将温度降低至中低。
  6. 煮10分钟,或直到完全熟透。

3) Herbed Pork Rib Roast

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 bone-in pork rib roast (about 4 pounds)

 

Directions:

  1. Mix the garlic powder, onion powder, marjoram, parsley and cayenne.
  2. Rub over the pork rib roast
  3. Place in a large shallow glass dish
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight
  5. Place roast bone side down in a shallow roasting pan
  6. Bake it uncovered at 350ºC (80-90 minutes)
  7. Let it stand for 10 minutes before slicing

 

香草烤排骨

材料:

  • 1汤匙大蒜粉
  • 1汤匙洋葱粉
  • 1汤匙马郁兰干
  • 1汤匙欧芹片
  • 1至2茶匙红辣粉
  • 1根猪骨烤(约4磅)

 

做法:

  1. 混合大蒜粉,洋葱粉,马郁兰,欧芹和红辣粉。
  2. 涂抹在排骨上
  3. 腌制并冷藏一夜
  4. 将排骨面朝下放在浅烤盘中
  5. 以350 c(80-90分钟)烘烤。
  6. 取出放置10分钟后切片。开动啦!!
